All about Miss France 2021 Amandine Petit

Miss France 2021 was held on 19th December 2020 at Puy du Fou in Les Epesses, Pays de la Loire where Miss Normandie 2020 Amandine Petit was crowned as the new Miss France 2021 and she will represent France at Miss Universe 2021/Miss World 2021. Clémence Botino of Guadeloupe crowned her successor at the end of the event finale.

Hailing from Bourguébus Amandine is 23-years-old and stands 175 cm tall and is a student at IAE Caen in a master's 2 Management of establishments and gerontological structures. She is the seventh woman from Normandie to win the title and stated that she is extremely happy with how she performed and was able to impress everyone at the competition.

 

 

The diva was encouraged by Miss France 2010 Malika Ménard to join beauty pageants and she’s glad that she did. She explained, “I had spotted her in the street, she was 17 years old, tells Malika Ménard to Liberté - Le Bonhomme Libre. I was doing a dedication in Caen; she had come to talk to me and I had invited her to come to Miss Normandy where she had finished runner-up (...) She's my favorite." The diva further added, "When I saw (Malika Ménard) at the rehearsals, I had tears in my eyes. It is the first person who detected me. She embodies the benchmark Miss France. I saw her again this evening, she congratulated me. She is very proud.”

Amandine aspires to become director of a health establishment for the elderly such as an independent residence or an EHPAD to support medical research, and more precisely that on Alzheimer's disease. She also added that what she likes about the job is the management part but also the fact that it has a strong social utility. The diva intends to show that the current woman is a strong woman, a woman who can do what she wants to do.  She explained, "If I presented myself this evening to Miss France, it was to follow my ideas.”

 

 

The diva during the competition explained that she was a shy and introverted child who has worked on herself and developed herself in calling an authentic girl who wishes to transmit the important values. “I am small in name but big in ambition," said the diva who is passionate about ballroom dancing and cooking. “I want to show that you can be a miss without fuss. I am a very simple person but who lives an enchanted parenthesis with glitter in my eyes.”

Amandine thanked everyone for their immense support and love towards her that kept her going throughout the competition. She is positive, humble, and determined towards her future and is now busy with her crown duties.
