Miss France 2023 officially begins in Guadeloupe

Miss France 2023, the 93rd edition of the Miss France, is scheduled to be held on 17th December 2022 at M.A.CH 36 in Châteauroux, Centre-Val de Loire. Miss France 2022 Diane Leyre of Île-de-France will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

The pre-pageant activities for the thirty contestants have officially begun in Guadeloupe. The delegates arrived in Guadeloupe on Monday, 21st November 2022 for their preparation trip that involves photoshoots, press meetings, catwalk exercises, and etiquette courses, among others.



As a part of the Miss France contest, the contestants have to take the 'culture générale' (general culture) test which evaluates their general knowledge through a series of questions. Miss Normandie Perrine Prunier, Miss Champagne-Ardenne Solène Scholer, and Miss Rhône-Alpes Esther Coutin have achieved the top scores.

Miss France organization's President and CEO Alexia Laroche-Joubert, former national director Sylvie Tellier, new national director Cindy Fabre and reigning queen Diane Leyre were all present with the delegates to guide and motivate them.
