Cora Lynn Griffen crowned Miss Georgia USA 2021 for Miss USA 2021

The organization of Miss Georgia USA hosted the coronation ceremony for Miss Georgia USA 2021 on 20th February 2021 at The Avalon in McDonough where Cora Lynn Griffen from Columbus was crowned as the new queen at the end of the event finale. She will represent Georgia at Miss USA 2021 and succeeded Miss Georgia USA 2020 Alyssa Beasley for the title.

Cora is 24-years-old and after winning the crown took to her social media to share the happiness and excitement; she wrote, “I am full of gratitude that I was crowned your new Miss Georgia USA. thank you to my village who helped me, believed in me, and pushed me to be my best! I am overwhelmed with support and I will try to respond to every message and call! The diva impressed everyone with her confident and strong performance on-stage and earned her chance to represent her state at the national competition. She is honored, grateful, and thrilled to be able to represent her state at national competition and wants to represent USA at Miss Universe 2021.

Miss Georgia USA 2021 Cora Lynn Griffen’s court includes:

First runner-up: Erin Snow

Second runner-up: Hollyn Adams

Third runner-up: Sabrina Lewis

Fourth runner-up: Christelle Foote

Cora is strong, confident, and hard-working woman who mentioned that determination and focus towards the goals and dreams is the only way one can achieve success in life. She stood out at the finale night with her impressive staunch and confidence on-stage. She is very proud of her achievements and believe that she would use her personal experiences to create awareness for the young women across the world. The diva is not new the world of modeling as she has been a part of various beauty campaigns which helped her to gain experience and confidence for her performance. She participated in Miss Georgia USA 2020 as well where she was placed as the fourth runner-up at the end of the event finale. Cora strongly feels, “pageantry is dear to my heart as it has afforded me many opportunities and has also created room for me to evolve and bloom.” The diva feels that being on Miss Universe stage is one of the dreams she has always seen as the stage gives one a voice that needs to be heard, empowered, and represented.

She mentioned, “There is so much power knowing your identity and what you stand for!! storms will come, but you will not be shaken, but eager for a challenge.” She has started to prepare herself for the finale where she will be representing Georgia at Miss USA 2021.

Elizabeth Greenburg from Fayette County was crowned Miss Teen Georgia USA 2021 at the end of the event finale and will be representing the state at the Miss Teen USA 2021 competition. Her court includes, first runner-up: Denim Lovett, second runner-up: Zaria Walker, third runner-up: Delaney Musgrove, and fourth runner-up: Myla Hadley.
