Miss Chuquisaca 2018 Elena Romero was crowned Miss Grand Bolivia 2018 at the event finale of Miss Bolivia 2018 which was held on 23rd June 2018. She was sashed and crowned by Miss Tierra Bolivia 2017 Giancarla Fernández.

Elena Romero will now represent Bolivia at Miss Grand International 2018 where Miss Grand International 2017 Maria Jose Lora will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

As Elena was elected the new representative of Bolivia at Miss Grand International, She took to her social media to express gratitude and happiness, “There is nothing more satisfying than fulfilling a promise from the heart. As Miss Chuquisaca, I promised to bring a main title to my department, a goal fulfilled that today makes me proud.”

She also expressed, “I am happy to be able to represent Bolivia now in a worldwide contest such as the "Miss Grand International 2018" to be held in Rangoon (Burma). Thank you for the trust placed in me, the month of October I will be ambassador of Bolivian beauty and I know I will continue giving everything and more of me.”

At the finale of Miss Bolivia 2018, Elena was also a part of group of the best scores in the interview with the jury. With her utmost dedication and sincerity, Elena definitely represented her region of Chuquisaca really well at the finale. There is no doubt that she will bring success and glory for her country at Miss Grand International 2018 as well.  The international pageant will be held in October in Myanmar.
