At the conclusion of the finale of Miss Grand Cambodia 2016 held on June 30’ 2016, Miss Heng Chantha Mei Lee Freshie was crowned as the winner. She will now represent Cambodia at the Miss Grand International 2016 pageant. Mei was crowned by the outgoing Miss Grand Cambodia Seng Polvithavy and reigning Miss Grand International Claire Parker.

The magnificent finale of Miss Grand Cambodia 2016 was attended by Mr.Nawat Itsaragrisil President of Miss Grand International and Claire Parker Miss Grand International 2015. Claire and Nawat were the members of the judging panel. At the same event, Miss Bun Leakhena was adjudged first runner-up, Miss Song SavVichheka was titled second runner-up, Miss Chea Gechheang was adjudged third runner-up and Miss Chev Thavory finished as fourth runner-up.
The reigning Miss Grand International Claire Parker was homesick and a little emotional as it was her birthday on June 30’ 2016. However, the beauty queen was astonished as she received a surprise birthday celebration during the finale of Miss Grand Cambodia 2016. The Miss Grand Cambodia Organisation got Claire a birthday cake, celebrating her birthday on stage.
