The first edition of Miss Grand Colombia 2018 will take place on 11th February 2018 at Municipality of Villeta, Cundinamarca. The Organization has selected five candidates from different parts of the country who will compete for the national title.

The Miss Earth Colombia Organization was in charge selecting the representative of Colombia to Miss Grand International until 2017.  However, after the resignation of Miss Earth Colombia to the international franchise, the Miss Grand Colombia was founded in 2017.

The reigning Miss Grand Colombia is Francy Yurany Castaño Suarez who was appointed to represent Colombia last year at Miss Grand International 2017.

The five candidates confirmed to compete for Miss Grand Colombia 2018 are –

Genesis Quintero - Miss Grand Orinoquia 2018

The 26-year-old beauty is a graduate from Universidad Católica del Norte in Social Communications. Standing 176cm tall, she currently works in Bogota in Political and social marketing.

Gina Paola Cazarán – Miss Grand Eastern Plains 2018

Gina is a 22-year-old graduate from Universidad Santo Tomas of Villavicencio in Psychology. Standing a whopping 180 cm tall, she works with underprivileged communities specially with children.

Nashaira Balentien – Miss Grand Sinu 2018

Nashaira is the youngest of the lot; the 20-year-old is a graduate from Junior College Culture and Society in Willemstad. She is 178 cm tall and works as the Director of Beautiful Helping Hands Foundation.

María del Mar Meza – Miss Grand Altiplano 2018

The 25-year-old diva is in her last year of International Management which she is pursuing from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University. Standing 178 cm tall, Maria is a top model and an entrepreneur.

Sara Victoria Sierra – Miss Grand Andina 2018

The 22-year-old beauty is a top model and one of the strongest competitors in the competition. Standing 175 cm, she is the owner of her own children foundation.
