Miss Grand queens of India, Bolivia, and Cuba confirm late arrival in Thailand

The 8th edition of Miss Grand International, i.e., Miss Grand International 2020 will be held on the 27th March 2021 at Show DC Hall, Bangkok, Thailand. Miss Grand International 2019 Valentina Figuera of Venezuela will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

63 stunning divas have been crowned/appointed to represent their respective countries at the competition and while most of them have reached Thailand and are under their necessary 14-day quarantine period, the divas from India, Bolivia, and Cuba will be reaching Thailand soon to join the rest of the delegates for the competition.

Simran Sharma who was appointed Miss Grand India 2020 by Glamanand Supermodel India had her visa approved yesterday and will be traveling to Thailand via Doha, Qatar as all the flights from India to Thailand have been cancelled. The organization posted a story on their social media confirming that the diva is all set to fly to Thailand to join the other delegates and start her quarantine period at the Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.

 

 

Teresita Sanchez Añez is representing Bolivia at the competition and had her purse and passport stolen in Madrid that delayed her travel to Thailand. She has been issued a new passport and was able to reschedule her tickets and now will be joining the delegates soon in Thailand. "Thanks to Promociones Gloria and the Bolivian diplomatic corps in Madrid, I will be able to travel!", an excited Teresita wrote on her social networks.

 

 

Jennifer Sánchez Aguilar is representing Cuba at the competition had her visa issued by the Thai embassy in Rome and will be leaving for Thailand soon to join the other delegates for the competition. Noemi Melendez, the national director of Cuba mentioned that she has been keeping a close look at the situation from a distance and it has not been easy. It seems like all the delegates will be in Thailand soon and be under their necessary 14-days quarantine period and prepare themselves for the competition and various activities that will take place in future.
