At the splendid coronation night of Miss Grand International USA 2016 held on May 28’ 2016 in New York, 19 years old Michelle Leon has been crowned as the winner. Michelle succeeds Lauren Peterson, Miss Grand USA 2015. Lauren made it to the Top 20 finalists of Miss Grand International 2015 pageant.
Standing tall at an astounding height of 172cm, Michelle will be a hot favourite at the Miss Grand International 2016 pageant. Michelle is of Ecuadorian descent and has won the title of Miss Ecuador New York in the year 2013. She is a model by profession and has competed in the Miss New York Teen USA pageant, wherein she was adjudged as one of the finalists. Undoubtedly, the beauty queen has the oomph and panache to make it big in the MGI 2016 pageant, also she has had her share of experiences in the field as well.

Miss Grand International beauty pageant kick started in the year 2013, and in three years of the pageant’s history, USA has never won the title.
