In the event finale of Miss Grand Japan 2018, Haruka Oda was crowned Miss Grand Japan 2018, who will represent Japan in Miss Grand International 2018 at Myanmar on 30th October 2018. She was crowned by Miss Grand Japan 2017 Erika Tsuji. Haruki is a professional model and a fashion blogger. The 1st runner-up was Rie Kuroki and Kanami Tobita was the 2nd runner-up in the same event.
The beautiful finalists received special awards as well, for their important contribution to this pageant. Mina Yoshida received the Best in Social Media award, Platon Mary Eri won the People’s Choice Award, Mariko Natagawa received the Best in Swimwear award, Honami Nishikawa received two special awards, that is the Miss Congeniality award and the Best Evening Gown award, and Haruka Oda received the Showroom award.
