The grand coronation of Miss Grand Malaysia 2018 took place at the Evolve Concept Mall at Jaya, Malaysia on 12th May 2018. 24 finalists fought for the chance to win the title of Miss Grand Malaysia, and the chance to represent Malaysia at the Miss Grand International 2018 finale.  

Miss Grand Malaysia 2017 Sanjeda John crowned her successor at the coronation night of Miss Grand Malaysia. Debra Jeanne Poh was crowned Miss Grand Malaysia and will represent Malaysia at the Miss Grand International 2018 competition where Maria Jose Lora will crown her successor. The first runner-up, Kate Cantwell, was crowned Miss Intercontinental Malaysia 2018, and the second runner-up Scarlet Megan was crowned Miss Globe Malaysia 2018.

The Top 12 semi-finalists were Caithlin, Debra, Ellna, Jaspreet, Kate, Khai, Chin, Lekha, Megan, Nanthini, Rachel, Rheanna, and Taanusiya. The Top 5 finalists were:

1st Runner-Up (Miss Intercontinental Malaysia) Kate Cantwell

2nd Runner-Up (Miss Global Malaysia) Scarlet Megan

Third Runner-Up - Taanusiya

Fourth Runner-Up – Rachel

The National Director Advocacy Excellence Award was given to Debra, Caithlin, and Kate for their outstanding advocacy achievement throughout the journey to the National Pageant.
