The Press conference of the 2023 edition of Miss Grand Philippines was held at the Hilton Manila, Resorts World on 24th November 2022. Miss Grand International founder Nawat Itsaragrisil and reigning Miss Grand International 2022 Isabella Menin and her court were present at the event as guests of honor.

The event also marked the much-awaited homecoming of Miss Grand International 2022 Philippine candidate Roberta Tamondong. She recently flew back to Bangkok to claim her 5th runner-up position and had been travelling since then fulfilling her reigning responsibilities.

ALV Pageant Circle announced the official launching of the Miss Grand Philippines pageant in the country. The pageant is owned by Arnold Arnold Vegafria and holds the franchises of Miss World Philippines, Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas, Miss Eco Philippines, and Miss Supranational Philippines.
