Miss Grand South Africa organization held the finale of the 2022 edition on 9th July 2022 at Boesies, The Glass House, Lake Umuzi where Lujuan Mzyk was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of South Africa at Miss Grand International 2022.

Lujuan Mzyk is 22 years of age who works as a model. Mzyk hails from Pretoria. The stunning model gave a stellar performance at the national competition. She is also the owner of SA All Star Models East Rand.

On winning the Miss Grand South Africa 2022 crown, Mzyk took to her official social media as she wrote, “We did it! I am extremely honoured and lost for words! I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity given to me! I am ready to represent my country to the best of my ability. Thank you to all my supporters for standing behind me and not doubting in my ability to perform. All the glory belongs definitely to God, that gave me the courage and calmness to be the best me this weekend!”

She succeeds and was crowned Miss Grand South Africa 2021 Jeane van Dam who represented South Africa at Miss Grand International 2021 and was adjudged 4th Runner-up at the end of the event finale. Congratulations to the newly crowned queen.
