In a recent post by the Facebook page of Miss Grand International, Tania Tan Yi Rong has been officially confirmed the new Miss Grand Taiwan 2018. She will now represent Taiwan in Miss Grand International 2018 to be held on 25th October 2018 in Myanmar where Miss Grand International 2017 María José Lora will crown her successor.
Miss Grand Taiwan 2018 Tania Tan Yi Rong succeeds Miss Grand Taiwan 2016 Grace Zhu Ri-Xing of Taipei. Taiwan withdrew its representative to the international beauty pageant in 2017. Grace, on the other hand, failed to make a mark in Miss Grand International 2016 where she represented Taiwan.
Tania Tan Yi Rong is 26 years of age and stands tall with a height of 167 cm. Currently, she is working as a full-time talent for TV commercials and other events. She loves swimming and enjoys singing during her free time.
The Facebook post on the official page of Miss Grand International read, “Miss Grand Taiwan 2018 is Tania Tan Yi Rong. She will represent Taiwan at our 6th edition of Miss Grand International to be held in Myanmar during this 5-25 October. Congratulations and officially welcome to our Grand Family!”
