Miss Grand USA is all set to host the next edition of their national pageant, to select the next delegate who will represent the United States in Miss Grand International 2019 to be held next year. They have now started accepting applications from all states, which means soon, there will be 50 candidates from all over the United States competing to become the next Miss Grand USA 2019.

The Miss Grand USA Organization took to their official Facebook page to announce the news and wrote, “Want to be the next Miss Grand United States of America? We are now accepting applications. You could represent your state at the 2019 competition! Click on the link in the bio to begin your journey!” The conclusion of the event will see the outgoing Miss Grand USA 2018 Paola Cossyleon crown her successor.

They also mentioned the eligibility criteria for potential applicants which are as follows –

- Minimum height should be 5’6 feet

- Must be between the ages of 17 to 27 years

- Must be a natural born female

- Must be a U.S Citizen or Legal Resident of U.S

- Must be single/ never have been married/ never have given birth

Miss Grand International has made a huge name in just a few years of its existence. The advocacy that the pageant roots for is “Stop the War and Violence”, as it believes that war exists in many layers. It can be between nations or in your own household. The organization believes that in order to attain true happiness, one must eliminate all forms of war.
