Sthephanie Miranda was crowned Miss Grand United States 2023 at the 6th edition of Miss Grand USA held on 17th August 2023 at Copernicus Center, Chicago, Illinois, United States. Miranda will now prepare to represent USA at Miss Grand International 2023.

Sthephanie Miranda is 29 years of age and of Puerto Rican-American descent. She is an influencer, YouTuber, and entrepreneur who represented Great Lakes at the national competition.

Not new to the pageant world, Miranda previously won Miss Ohio USA 2020 and placed in the Top 16 at Miss USA 2020. She also competed at Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2021 and placed in the Top 5 and placed first runner-up at Nuestra Belleza Puerto Rico 2023.

On winning the Miss Grand USA 2023 , she took to her official social media as she quoted, "I'm speechless. I'm so excited to be able to represent my country, my Latinos, and everyone that's been behind me since day one — you guys know who you are. I'm here, I'm ready, and with the team of H&I Grand Productions I know we're gonna get it.”

Miss Grand International 2023, the 11th edition of Miss Grand International, will be held on 25th October 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where Miss Grand International 2022 Isabella Menin of Brazil will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
