Miss Grand United States organization hosted the 2022 edition of the national pageant on 23rd June 2022 where stunning delegates from all over the country competed for the national title. At the end of the event, Colorado’s Emily Rose DeMure was crowned as the new queen by Miss Grand International 2020 Abena Appiah as she will represent the USA at the upcoming edition of Miss Grand International pageant.

Miss Grand United States 2022 Emily Rose DeMure’s court includes –

First runner-up – Miss Grand Ohio 2022 Mercia Stephens

Second runner-up – Miss Grand Kansas 2022 Brooke Butler

Emily is a 24-year-old former Division one volleyball player and PAC-12 All Academic from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is also a published artist, a signed model and runs a Social Media Management Business. Prior to this, the diva was also a part of the Miss Colorado USA 2020 pageant.

The diva is also an Advocate for the Salvation Army, Best Buddies, and an active supporter of Milestones for Maxwell. She aspires to demonstrate that women can be as present and successful in the world of sports as men and close the gap.

Emily succeeds Miss Grand USA 2021 Madison Callaghan for the title, who represented the country at Miss Grand International 2021 but remained unplaced at the end of the event. Miss Grand USA 2022 Emily Rose will represent the USA at Miss Grand International 2022, the 10th edition of Miss Grand International, all set to be held on 25th October 2022 in Indonesia.
