The coronation night of Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 was held on Saturday, 1st October 2022 at the Phu Tho Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City where Doan Thien An was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 (Hoa hou Hòa bình Viet Nam). Doan Thien An will now represent Vietnam at Miss Grand International 2022.

Doan Thien An is 22 years of age and a student from Long An province. She bested 49 other contestants to win the national crown. She is the last official representative of the 10th anniversary of Miss Grand International.

Also at the end of the event finale, Che Nguyen Quynh Chau was adjudged as the first runner-up while Tran Tuyet Nhu, Tran Nguyen Minh Thu, and Ngo Thi Quynh Mai were adjudged as the second, third and fourth runners-up, respectively.

Reigning Miss Grand International Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien crowned her successor at the end of the event finale. This year's pageant was the inaugural edition of Miss Grand Vietnam organized by Sen Vang Entertainment.

The glittering coronation event was broadcasted on the pageant's official social media platforms and VTV3. The pageant was held under the leadership of ‘Golden Lotus Entertainment Joint Stock Company (Senvang Entertainment). The jury of Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 included Miss Ha Kieu Anh, director Hoang Nhat Nam, model Anh Thu, model Minh Tu, runner-up Kieu Loan, designer Do Long.
