The finale of Miss Grande Côte d’Ivoire 2022 was held on 1st October 2022 at the Ampitheatre de la Cite Rouge Cocody Danga where Sandra N'guessan was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Côte d’Ivoire at Miss Grand International 2023.

Sandra N'guessan gave a stellar performance at the national competition. On being crowned Miss Grande Côte d’Ivoire 2022, Sandra took to her official social media as she wrote, “I promised you and it's done! I am crowned Ivorian Beauty Queen 2022, Miss GRANDE Côte d'Ivoire because God wanted it so, and I would like to give him all the glory! This crown I craved it I put all my heart, energy, and all my know how to conquer it and I made it with GOD's grace and your support everyone.” Sandra will also be competing at the grand finale of Miss Premuim Africa International will be held on December 2 in Nigeria.

The newly crowned Miss Grande Côte d’Ivoire 2022’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Mlle Esther Dongo

2nd Runner-up – Mlle Mouna Fofana

She advocates for women fighting against breast cancer. “Each year, nearly 3,000 young women (40 years old) are affected by breast cancer. Breast cancer is a real danger, it takes a lot of victims on its way In this sense, the month of October has been designated, Pink October to support these beautiful ladies with this disease and to raise awareness for everyone n in order to take some Precautions not to be affected by this devastating disease”, she quoted.
