It was a moment of great honour for India when the gorgeous Anukreethy Vas represented her nation in the coveted Miss World 2018 pageant. The hopes and expectations of all the people of the country were really high as India was the titleholder of Miss World 2017. However, Anukreethy could only secure her position in the Top 30 of Miss World 2018 pageant which was held Sanya, China on 08th December 2018.

However, there is nothing that can deter the life journey of this beauty queen. The reigning Miss India is ready to make the best use of a brilliant opportunity that has come her way. This amazing opportunity has come in the form of a promising acting debut.

The 20-year-old is going to debut in Kollywood which is a Film industry based in the state of Tamil Nadu, South India. The film is going to be an action-oriented family film. She is very excited to be debuting alongside co-actor Prashanth who is a very well-known face of the Tamil Film industry.

To share her overwhelming joy and gratitude with her 1,85,000 followers, Anukreethy took to her social media and said, “BIG NEWS, finally my debut will be in Kollywood (Tamil) as promised alongside Prashant.
