Miss Intercontinental 2018 will be hosting its grand finale very soon on the 26th January 2019. The preliminary round already started a week ago and is continuing with full force. On 16th January 2019, the Miss Intercontinental organisation held their Swimsuit Competition as well as the Evening Gown Fashion Show.
While the Swimsuit Competition saw Miss Intercontinental Paraguay 2018 Gabriela Soley win the Best in Swimsuit award, Miss Intercontinental Belarus 2018 Charnashei Karalina was the lucky diva to be wearing the gown made by Chico Estiva, which won the Philippine Designer Evening Gown that evening.
Angelopedia has selected its Top 10 favourite evening gowns from the very glamorous fashion show and they are as follows:
Miss Intercontinental Colombia 2018 Hillary Hollmann
Hillary was seen wearing a very beautiful emerald green mermaid-style gown with her hair done in loose curls. The trail on her gown has black frill attached with added an extra oomph to her gown. Her walk was poised and she gave out all the right poses towards the camera. Hillary has been. Very strong candidate and there is no doubt that she will make a mark during the finale which is just a few days away.
Miss Intercontinental Philippines 2018 Karen Gallman
Karen was seen wearing a silvery blue mermaid style gown which was embroidered from her waist up and had a shimmering trail. This gown was perfect for Karen as it showed off her perfect hour-glass figure and added to that, she walked on the stage with such poise and confidence that she was bound to become one of the Top 10 favourites of Angelopedia for the Evening Gown Fashion Show.
Miss Intercontinental USA 2018 Marianny Egurrola
Looking extremely sexy and like a goddess, we saw the American beauty, Marianny, wearing a light pink gown with a thigh-high slit that showed off her long and toned legs. The gown was a complete looker as it was heavily embroidered with stripes of silver all over. Her smile mesmerised the audience as she walked confidently onto the stage and showed off her designer’s creation thus making her one of Angelopedia’s favourite delegates in the Evening Gown Fashion Show.
Miss Intercontinental Canada 2018 Alice Li
Alice’s gown was probably one of the most playful gowns during the Fashion show. Her off-white, off-shoulder gown had a thigh-high slit along with an embroidered corset and a trailed net. Her graceful smile and perfect figure made her an instant hit during the Evening Gown Fashion Show. Alice has been a very confident as well dedicated delegate in Miss Intercontinental 2018 and it is safe to say that she will be able to make her nation proud during the finale, which is why she is one of Angelopedia’s favourites during the fashion show.
Miss Intercontinental Indonesia 2018 Aluna Rifani
The strong and beautiful delegate of Indonesia, Aluna was seen wearing a dark red deep-neck thigh-high slit gown which showed off her neckline as well as her legs. Her hair was straightened showing off her beautifully sculpted face. Aluna is a confidence delegate and will surely be able to make a mark in the finale which puts her on the list of Angelopedia’s Top 10 delegates for the Evening Gown Fashion Show.
Miss Intercontinental Belarus 2018 Charnoshej Karolina
Charnoshej was the lucky girl to have won the winning gown of the evening. Yes, the golden shimmery ensemble that made her look like a goddess during the fashion show was designed by Filipino fashion designer Chico Estiva, who won the Philippine Designer Evening Gown. Apart from being given the best design, it also depended on Charnoshej to carry the gown, and she did so with a lot of grace and dedication, which is why she is one of Angelopedia’s favourites during the Fashion Show.
Miss Intercontinental Ecuador 2018 Nina Solorzano
Nina wore a gown that was one of the best in the Evening Gown Fashion Show. Wearing an emerald green gown with a navy blue outline. Her entire gown was extensively embroidered making her shine on stage. Nina’s hair was done in soft wavy curls and its safe to say that her earrings were much more grand than her entire attire. The aura that she was emanating is the reason that she is one of Angelopedia’s Top 10 favourite delegates in the Fashion Show.
Miss Intercontinental Mexico 2018 Ivanna Lobato Barradas
The gorgeous Mexican beauty, Ivanna was seen wearing a crimson red gown on the night of the Fashion Show. Her gown complimented her figure in the best way possible as all of her best features were visible., be it her long legs or her curvy body. Ivanna’s smile was also a winner that evening, with her red lipstick adding a luminous glow. All of the above-mentioned qualities certainly qualified her to be one of Angelopedia’s Top 10 favourites in the Fashion Show.
Miss Intercontinental Costa Rica 2018 Adriana Moya Alvarado
Adriana was seen wearing a really mesmerising golden shimmering gown with a thigh-high slit. Since she has a very toned and fit body, the choice of her gown was such that it accentuated all of her features and most prominently, her hour-glass figure. Adriana’s hair was done in loose curls and her pouty lips added some oomph to her stature. She is already a very strong candidate which is why she is one of Angelopedia’s favourite in the evening gown fashion show.
Miss International Malaysia 2018 Scarlett Megan Liew
Looking like a complete diva, we saw Scarlett wearing a very exquisite crimson red off-shoulder gown that was shimmering under the light. The gown also had floral work on the top. Scarlett’s hair was done in a high pony with very simple, yet elegant earrings. She walked with a lot of pizzazz and was oozing out confidence, which made her one of Angelopedia’s favourites for the evening.
