Tiffany Yoko Chong Campos was elected Miss Intercontinental Peru 2019 recently and will now represent her country in Miss Intercontinental 2019. The beauty hails from Ucayali in Peru. The beautiful Peruvian Yoko Chong will be competing to bring the third crown to Peru in the history of the contest. She’s an Interior Architectural Student and also a well-known model from Peru.
Yoko is not only a great-looking model but also have a kind and genuine heart. She works as a social worker and influences young women towards their empowerment. She expressed her gratitude towards people’s love and support for her. Before the pageant, a video was recorded while the beautiful diva was interacting socially with people, mostly women and children. She posted it online on her official page of Instagram, captioned “Good afternoon beautiful people! There are only few hours left to meet the next beauty representative of our country and I feel it is the best day to publish this surprise that I have been saving for months! I know that I have not done many lives and I have not been summoned to so many activations on TV or radio, but I hope that this 5-minute short film gives you a clearer idea of ??who I am, why I want to represent this, my Inca land and that I feel (really sorry) that more than a global physical beauty that could represent any corner of the world, I have found myself through the months to myself and I am sure to be a Ucayalina originating from a hidden road in our country, possessing an integral beauty and with many dreams to fulfill. Yoko Chong is not new to pageantry as she won Miss Peru Supranational 2019 as well, but due to some incident which happened during the national competition and the misconceptions it created afterwards, held her responsible by the Organization of Miss Supranational Peru and further dismissed her to represent the country at Miss Supranational 2019. Janick Maceta Del Castillo is now the crowned queen of Miss Supranational Peru 2019 and she will be representing the country at Miss Supranational 2019.

After Yoko was proven innocent, she he been given a chance to represent the country at Miss Intercontinental 2019. She succeeds Giuliana Valenzuela Miss Intercontinental Peru 2018.

Miss Intercontinental 2019 is the 48th edition and is going to be hosted for the first time in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt. 85 incredible women from all over the world are coming for a three-week activity and the Miss Intercontinental finale. Contestants will arrive in Sharm El Sheik on December 4th with the grand finale taking place in SUNRISE Montemare Resort -Grand Select- on 20th December 2019.
