The media presentation of Miss Intercontinental 2018 was a successful event as the gorgeous ladies participating from all over the globe strutted on the stage in their beautiful outfits and presented their introductions. The event started with the contestants from Africa and the Americas introducing themselves with confidence and elegance.

The organization also announced the dates for the Preliminary Competitions of Evening Gown, Swimsuit and National Costume during the event where the contestants will compete not just for the title but also to maintain a strong foothold in the competition.

At the end of the Media Presentation, Miss Intercontinental Organization also announced two special awards; Media’s Favourite and Standout Beauty. Interestingly, both the awards went to none other than, Miss Intercontinental Philippines 2018 Karen Gallman. She won 1000 USD, a sash, trophy and of course heartfelt applause from the audience.

While all the beauties competed with grace and dedication, the host country’s audience obviously cheered for their delegate with utmost enthusiasm. It was clear from the beginning that Karen Gallman will have no shortage of support and encouragement from her dedicates Filipino fans.

The finale of Miss Intercontinental 2018 will be held on 26th January 2018 in the Philippines where Miss Intercontinental 2017 Veronica Salas Vallejo will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. This will be the 47th edition of the coveted international pageant.
