Miss Intercontinental organization is celebrating the 50th edition of the international pageant this year as they are revealing the national candidates who will be participating in the pageant to celebrate 50 years of history.
Michelle Thorlund has been elected Miss Intercontinental USA 2022 as she has become the official representative of USA at Miss Intercontinental. The international organization also announced her delegation as they wrote, “Welcome Michelle, the new elected Miss Intercontinental USA. Michelle is newly elected by our new License Holder from the USA, she is half Filipina and she will compete in the "50th Anniversary" this year.”
Michelle Thorlund is a Filipino-Danish-American who is a former Miss World Philippines 2019 Top 10 finalist. She is a strong contender for the international crown as she has the beauty as well as the experience to place at the Top at the upcoming pageant.
Miss Intercontinental 2021 is Cindy Obenita from Philippines who was crowned on 29th October 2021 in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt. Michelle succeeds Brianna Lopez who represented USA at Miss Intercontinental 2021.
