The Miss International Malaysia is all set to host the latest edition of the national pageant where stunning delegates from all over the country will compete for the national title and an opportunity to represent Malaysia ta the Miss International 2022 pageant. One deserving queen will succeed Miss International Malaysia 2019 Charmaine Chew for the title.

“We are few days away before we warp up the very challenging Year 2021. It may be regarded as a year of uncertainties and great losses, but it could also be interpreted as a year to be grateful for, and also to reflect on our humanity,” the organization shared as they revealed the faces of the Top 17 finalists for this year’s edition.

So, without any further ado, here are the Top 17 finalists of Miss International Malaysia 2022 –

The pageant was conceived in 1960 and also considered as the oldest international beauty pageant in Malaysia. Last year, Charmaine Chew represented Malaysia at Miss International 2019 where she was unplaced but was among the Top 15 finalists for the Best National Costume and among the Top 10 for Miss Photogenic. This year’s winner of Miss International Malaysia will represent her country at the 60th Miss International pageant.

The Miss International 2021 pageant was cancelled amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the 60th Miss International Beauty Pageant, the next edition is scheduled to be held in the fall of 2022. This is the second time Miss International pageant has been cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the meanwhile, the reigning queen, Miss International 2019 Sireethorn Leearamwat of Thailand will continue her reign for another year.
