In a recent announcement by Miss International organization, it has been disclosed that Joanne Zheng is the official representative of Taiwan for Miss International 2022 competition. “Joanne Zheng, Miss International Taiwan 2022 appeared at the promotion event for Aomori PG products, held in Taipei,” the officials added.

The 26-year-old is an aerial ballet teacher at China Aerial Yoga and Physical Fitness Association and formerly worked as a Chinese language educator at National Taichung University of Education New Residents Chinese Language Seminar and Sharpstown, Houston, Texas.

The beauty queen hails from the beautiful city of Pingtung in Taiwan and went to National Pingtung Girls' High School for her high school education. Joanne is very fond of swimming and is also a former member of Pingtung Baoqing Swimming Team. She says that life is between underwater and creativity and works as an underwater model on the side along with following her passion of acting.

The diva is not new to the world of pageantry, previously she was adjudged as Miss Asia Pacific 2019 and won the Miss Taiwan title in the same year. Her experience is going to proof handy at the 60th Miss International Beauty Pageant, which is rescheduled to the autumn of 2022 due to rising cases caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant.
