At the conclusion of the gala finale of Miss Korea 2016 held on July 8’ 2016 at Grand Peace Palace, Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea, Kim Jin-Sol from Seoul was crowned as the winner. Technically Kim was supposed to represent Korea at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant, but unfortunately, if sources are to be believed, the pageant has lost the Miss Universe franchise. So now, Kim might go to Miss Earth or Miss International pageant.
A total of 34 gorgeous ladies competed for the crown. Kim will be the first Miss Korea who will not be competing at Miss Universe pageant. Blessed with a good body, Kim still needs to work on her posture and needs grooming.
At the same event, Miss Gwang-ju Jeon-nam, Shin Ara was titled first runner-up and Miss Incheon, Moon Da-hyun was titled second runner-up. The other finalists who made it to the Top 15 were –
