Séphorah Azur crowned Miss Martinique 2020 for Miss France 2021

Sephorah Azur was crowned Miss Martinique 2020 on 24th October 2020 in the lounges of the Hotel Valmenière in Fort-de-France, in a private ceremony. She will represent the province at Miss France 2021 stage and succeeds Miss Martinique 2019 succeeds Ambre Bozza for the title and is very excited to take over the crown duties.

Originally from the town of Schoelcher, Sephorah is 23-years-old and stands 179 cm tall and is holder of a literary baccalaureate, and currently in the third year of a license in psychology. She still hesitates about what to do next to her studies, between becoming a child psychologist or working in the authorities in charge of immigration but is assured that whatever field she chooses, she will give her best.

Sephorah is not new to the world of pageantry as Miss Martinique 2020 was her third attempt to win the title. She had explained, "The emotions are linked but what emerges is above all pride. The pride of having followed my instincts. It was a huge relief. "If I have a message to pass, it is a message of perseverance. To go there despite the criticisms. For my part it is a journey, I grew up with it. I want to say thank you to everyone. world and I would like us to be able to do the work together until Miss France. It is not only personal work. Martinique will have to vote so that our island can shine, " said Séphorah after the ceremony.

The diva shared a throwback picture from her childhood on her social media and stated that she never thought she will be able to represent the province at Miss France’ stage. “If I had been told that in addition, I was going to persevere to achieve my goal, I would have been speechless! I went from super shy to a young woman who goes for it. I will give everything this evening to make you proud,” she added.

Sephorah has assured that she is preparing herself for the competition and is fully invested in making the people of her province proud by winning the title. She describes herself as motivated, determined, and sparkling and would use her values to win the title.
