Miss Montana USA 2022 held its finale on 12th September 2021 where ten finalists competed for the state crown and HeatherLee O’Keefe was crowned the new queen and became the official representative of Montana at Miss USA 2022. HeatherLee O’Keefe succeeds and was crowned by Miss Montana USA 2021 Jami Forseth.
Heather Lee O’Keefe is a lawyer, entrepreneur, television host hailing from Bozeman, Gallatin County. The 24-year-old graduated cum laude from West Virginia University. In August 2018, she joined LexisNegis Legal in Florida as a brand ambassador and became an associate in January 2019 then a lead associate in October 2019. She attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida, USA where she earned her Juris Doctor.
Not new to the pageant world, HeatherLee O’Keefe was crowned Miss Miami 2019 at the Coral Springs Charter School in Coral Springs, Broward County. She represented Broward County and competed against 70 other candidates at Miss Florida USA 2021 at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts, Coral Springs where she was unplaced.
The newly crowned Miss Montana USA 2022 HeatherLee O’Keefe’s court included –
1st Runner-up – Amelia Beard
2nd Runner-up – Courtney Hawkins
3rd Runner-up – Gracie Raynor
4th Runner-up – Rachel Jakovac
On being crowned Miss Montana USA 2022, HeatherLee O’Keefe took to her official social media as she wrote, “Speechless. Humbled. Grateful. Honored. Ecstatic… these are just a few words to describe how I’m feeling as your new Miss Montana USA!!! This has been a long journey, and the feeling of years of hard work finally paying off is truly indescribable. May this inspire you all to NEVER give up on your dreams and to always shoot for the stars.”
Also at the finale, Julia Kunau was crowned Miss Montana Teen USA 2022 as she became the official representative of Montana at Miss Teen USA 2022. Ava Williams, Rylee Boltz, Dejana Ridens and Sage Sportsman were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
