The 70th edition of Miss Nebraska USA, Miss Nebraska USA 2022, was held on 6th March 2022 at The Rose Theater, Omaha, Nebraska, United States where eleven stunning beauties competed for the state crown. At the end of the event finale, Natalie Pieper was crowned Miss Nebraska USA 2022.

Natalie succeeds and was crowned by Miss Nebraska USA 2021 Erika Etzelmiller and will represent Nebraska at Miss USA 2022. Natalie gave a stellar performance at the state finals. The newly crowned Miss Nebraska USA 2022 Natalie Pieper’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Bailey DeWispelare

2nd Runner-up – Mimi Wood

Top 7 also included Mary Sickler, Sarah Labine, Krista Hinrichs and Emily Hendren while Top 11 also included Kristen Green, Alexis Henry, Hayden Richardson and Carolina Garcia.

Also at the finale, Faron Medhi was crowned Miss Nebraska Teen USA 2022 and will represent Nebraska at Miss Teen USA 2022. Francesca Stessman and Avery Collins were adjudged first and second runners-up respectively.
