Britney Lane was crowned Miss New Hampshire USA 2023 at the finale of the state pageant held on 18th February 2023 at the Music Hall Theater in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Britney will now represent New Hampshire at Miss USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada. Miss New Hampshire USA 2022 Camila Sacco crowned Britney her successor at the end of the event finale.

Britney Lane is 26 years of age and a child and family therapist from Manchester. At the finale night, Lane was also awarded Miss Photogenic and Miss Congeniality. Lane holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Emmanuel College and a master's in social work from the University of New Hampshire. She is an advocate for sexual assault rights and is working toward more states passing a law that gives rights to survivors.

The newly crowned Miss New Hampshire USA 2023 Britney Lane’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Ariel Michaela

2nd Runner-up – Katie Smith

3rd Runner-up – Carson Viscarello

4th Runner-up – Laura Christman

Also at the finale, Marayssa Raimondo, Miss Nippo Lake, bagged the title of Miss New Hampshire Teen USA 2023. She will now represent her state at Miss Teen USA 2023. Along with her, Claire Canepa was adjudged first runner-up at the end of the event finale. Miss New Hampshire Teen USA 2022 Grace Paradise crowned her successor at the end of the event finale.
