The coronation night of Mutia ti La Union 2023 is schedule to be on 2nd March 2023. Twenty contestants have been selected to compete at the local pageant. Mutia ti La Union 2023 campaigns about environmental protection through the pageant.

The contestants, before the finale night, are participating in the pre-pageant activities and advocating about holding hands to save the world together. Mutia ti La Union is considered as the grandest advocacy pageant in the North.

The contestants competing for the pageant are Femush Lyssa Maynes, Marcela Isabel Natiola, Aenschely Hidalgo, Shella Mae Sabado, Christine Joy Gacayan, Strebel Joy Bugnay, Chelsea Joyce Florencio, Francheska Vernesce Fontanos, Alysa Joy Abenoja, Shaina Kayla Ambrosio, Anjali Kumar, Nicole Anne Tropia, Venus Rimando Donglon, Brixille Dela Cruz, Kristine Billy Mateo Tabaday, Zyra Mae Carbonell, Patricia Nicole Bangug, Christian Joy Bautista, Tricia Leanne Lopez and Lyka Sibug.

Divina Marie Villanueva was crowned Mutia ti La Union 2020 at Poro Point Baywalk. She will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
