The 72nd edition of Miss North Carolina USA was held on 25th February 2023 at the High Point Theatre, High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina, United States where Jordyn McKey was crowned Miss North Carolina USA 2023. McKey will represent North Carolina at Miss USA 2023.

Jordyn McKey a healthcare customer services professional and a beauty queen from Charlotte, North Carolina. Jordyn definitely was an outstanding performer at the competition. The newly crowned Miss North Carolina USA 2023 Jordan McKey’s court included –

1st runner-up – McKenzie Hansley

2nd runner-up – Courtney Smith

3rd runner-up – Caroline Credle

4th runner-up – Celia Stafford

Top 10 also included Scarlett Freeman (Capital City), Jarin Simmons (Charlotte), Terra Johns (Davidson County), Serenity Edwards (Fourth Ward), Chelsea Skeens (Rowan County) while Top 20 also included Emma Knapp (City of Oaks), Genna Locklear (Durham), Alyssa Hefner (Eastern Carolina), Anna Ford (Garner), Chloe Blackmon (Greater Triad), Hadleigh Seely (Mecklenburg), Gabrielle Wylie (Mount Holly), Lyndsey Locklear (North Raleigh), Jasmine Baker (Orange County), Madison Walker (Walnut Creek).

Also at the finale, Katie Setzer was crowned Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2023 as she became the official representative of North Carolina at Miss Teen USA 2023. Zuri Sweatt, Noelia Velazquez, Macie Brooke Miller and Kailey Wadsworth were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
