Miss Paraguay 2018 has begun to select its representatives who will fight for the national title at the grand finale, to be held on 14th August 2018 at the Hotel's grand theatre Guaraní located in the downtown area of the City of Asunción.
The event will begin at 8:00 PM where Miss Paraguay 2017 Ariela Machado will crown her successor. Ariela represented Paraguay at Miss Universe 2017 but failed to place in the semi-finals. Paraguay is yet to open its score at Miss Universe pageant.
With the announcement of the opening of registrations for the national finale, the official organization of Miss Paraguay has been releasing relevant information regarding its upcoming finale.
The official broadcasters of Miss Paraguay 2018 were announced in the post, “For the first time in the history of Miss Paraguay, 4 Air Channels and an FM Radio will be promoting the Single and Largest National and Official Competition of Beauty, Culture and Social Action in the country - The SNT Channel 9 , C9N Noticias, Paravisión, Sur Televisora Itapúa, RQP 94.3 FM and Holding Miss Paraguay together for the largest beauty party in the country, MISS PARAGUAY "THE POWER OF NAME".”
The organization also announced the sponsors, “The Holding Miss Paraguay has the honor to announce that the "Santa Bárbara" Sanatorium of the SIME Group, is the exclusive sponsor, in medical insurance, of the Single and Largest National and Official Competition of Beauty, Culture and Social Action more important in the country”, through a post on the official Facebook page.
Another sponsor was announced with a post, “The Holding Miss Paraguay has the honor to announce that the world famous shoes "Pontini" (Made in Italy) will be the exclusive sponsor in footwear, of the Single and Largest National Competition and Official Beauty, Culture and Social Action more important event of the country.”
