Miss Paraguay calls Ariadna Gutierrez and Pia Wurtzbach “Fake”

It seems that the whirlwind of controversies, hearsays and scandals encircling the Miss Universe 2015 pageant is not going to end soon. It has already been a month since the pageant concluded, but the controversial statements from different delegates are making this edition of Miss Universe pageant as one of the most talked editions of Miss Universe ever. Recently, Miss Universe Paraguay, Myriam Arevalos in an interview with the local media stated that both Ariadna Gutierrez and Pia Wurtzbach are “fake”.

The sanguine Paraguayan beauty did not hesitated to say that Miss Philippines, Pia Wurtzbach and Miss Colombia, Ariadna Gutierrez “didn't deserve to win” as they are “fake”. Myriam was one of the most loved delegates after the Preliminary Presentation at Miss Universe 2015, and was widely appreciated for her flawless walk in both evening gown and swimsuit segments.

Myriam was supposed to represent her nation at Miss Earth 2015 pageant in Vienna, but because of the winner’s personal problems Myriam got an opportunity to participate at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. May be the pressure of competing at such a big international platform out of the blue made Myriam nervous in the Preliminary Interview Round and despite of such a strong  performance in the preliminary swimsuit and evening gown rounds, she went unplaced in the coronation night. Despite of being overshadowed during former pageant activities, Myriam proved herself to be incredibly charismatic in the preliminary competition.

Her exclusion in the semi-finals of the grand finale of Miss Universe 2015 stunned every pageant enthusiasts, and after her statement, many of the pageant fanatics believe that the diva is merely sour grapping because of her exclusion in the finale. While the statement clearly branches out of her own opinion, coming overdue after a month is a little startling. What is your view on this subject?
