The winner will succeed and be crowned by Miss Earth Philippines 2022 Jenny Ramp of Tarlac who represented Philippines at Miss Earth 2022 and with her stellar performance, placed in the Top 20. The country holds four Miss Earth crowns under its belt since the pageant began in 2001.
