The 72nd edition of Miss Rhode Island USA was held on 28th May 2023 at Veterans Memorial Auditorium, Providence, Rhode Island, United States where Mary Malloy was crowned Miss Rhode Island USA 2023. She will now represent Rhode Island at Miss USA 2023.
Mary C. Malloy hails from Cumberland, Rhode Island and is a mental health advocate by profession. In 2019, Mary earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts. The newly crowned Miss Rhode Island USA 2023 Mary Malloy’s court included –
1st Runner-up – Katie Bergantine
2nd Runner-up – Jesaura Peralta
3rd Runner-up – Brianna Vega
4th Runner-up – Kaitlynne Santana
Top 14 also included Christella Ilunga, Danielle Marro, Giavanna Arakelian, Jill Barry, Kaitlin Benson, Mikala Joly, Nicole Gonzalez, Nina DiBenedetto and Paris Flynn.
Also at the finale, Lola Paolissi was crowned Miss Rhode Island Teen USA 2023 as she became the official representative of Rhode Island at Miss Teen USA 2023. Sophia Pachis, Ocean Lombard, Paige Doyle and Krisity Sanethavong were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
