The Miss Scotland organization is all set to host the coronation ceremony for the 2022 edition of the national pageant on 29th July 2022 where stunning divas from all over the country will compete for the coveted crown and an opportunity to represent Scotland at Miss World 2022.

While this year’s finalists boast of talent, skills and passion to compete for the national title, one diva is standing out among the batch coming across as a strong and potential contender for the crown. Lucy Sophia Thomson is emerging as a favorite for the title of Miss World Scotland 2022.

The 21 year old diva is from Crossfords and is very active with her community doing fundraisers for charitable trust, including ‘The BRAvery Trust’, a non-profit organization working for bra and menstrual product donation charity equipping people living in period poverty.

She is also a part of the Scottish Fashion Association and works as an ambassador for Revolve. Prior to this, she was also a delegate at the Miss Scotland 2019 competition. With her experience, beauty, goodwill and passion, she is definitely being counted upon as a potential winner of the national title.

If Thomson succeeds to win the title, she will represent Scotland at the 71st Miss World pageant. Last year, Claudia Todd represented Scotland at Miss Universe 2021, where she finished among the Top 27 semi-finalists.
