With the finale of Miss Slovensko 2018 (Miss Slovakia 2018) nears, the anticipation is rising about the to-be crowned queen. Each of the eleven finalists have shown good showmanship, and have proved themselves every step of the way only one will wear the coveted crown of Miss Slovensko 2018 and the curiosity behind the question has become unbearing.

The girls have participated in a different competition to prove their worth for the crown, and have been a part of many photoshoots as well. One of the photoshoots that the girls became a part of is the bridal shoot featuring bridal gowns from the Svadobný salón WEM (Wedding Evening Moments) Bride collection. The photos were taken by photographer Anton Karpita. Pierot was responsible for the girls’ hair, and the makeup was taken care of by the official sponsors of the pageant, Gosh Copenhagen Slovakia.

The finalists looked stunning in n ivory, and beige wedding gowns and the accessories that adorned them.

However, 5 girls stood out of the rest. It could be because of the unique wedding dress, or the way the finalists posed with charm and confidence.

Here are our Top 5 favourite Miss Slovensko 2018 finalists in a bridal gown.

Rebeka Barboráková

Rebeka wore an ivory gown with a faux plunge neckline. The gown forayed into a modern and chic wedding dress by avoiding beading in the bodice, and the plunge of the neckline. However, it touched on the traditional wedding gown with the lace detailing and also the sheer panel to make the plunging neckline just an illusion. The overflowing tulle skirt, and the dreamy wavy hair added a fairytale-like romantic feel to the photo.

Katarína Darášová 

Katarina wore a more no hassle glam-chic off-white gown. Her gown would cater to any bride, that does want the traditional white for her wedding day, but would also not want a boring princess or mermaid cut. Her hair carried forward the no-hassle glam-chic theme, and framed her face perfectly, without being uncomfortably on it.

Frederika Chovancová

Fredrika wore a practical rose gold gown. How often can you reuse your wedding dress? This gown was made for the practical bride, who wants to celebrate her wedding as a party, and get out of the comfort zone, but not push it way too much by adding too much colour. The gown could easily pass as a full-glam evening attire.

Dominika Grecová 

Dominika went the more traditional route with a bodycon pristine white wedding gown. The gown has embellishments on the shoulder and the back, and sported a beautiful and detailed back neckline design. Her hair were done in a more playful manner to counter the dress, and the whole outfit just worked as it came together.

Katarína Molcanová

Katarina wore an exciting ball gown, with a train that started right at her shoulder. Her wedding gown had it all. The backless beaded back, the lace, and even embellishments. But what we loved most about it was the train that started from her shoulders and added that oomph and wow factor to the dress. Her hair were kept simple, in a pony, to focus on the detail on the gown.
