Daniela Vojtasová was crowned Miss Slovensko 2023 (aka Miss Slovakia 2023) at the finale of the national pageant held on Saturday, 24th June 2023 in Bratislava. She is now expected to represent Slovakia at Miss World 2024. Miss Slovensko 2023 was the 27th edition of the national pageant.

Daniela Vojtasová is 23 years of age and a student and professional dancer from Dolný Kubín. She bested 11 other finalists to win the national crown. On winning the crown, Daniela took to her official social media and wrote, “For the fact that I could be part of such a strong final line-up. For new experiences & challenges, which we tackled playfully. And especially for the friendships that arose during the preparation process.”

Also at the end of the event finale, Petra Siváková from Šamorín was named first runner-up and bagged the title of EVA Miss Sympatia 2023 while Sonja Kopcanová from Banská Bystrica finished as the second runners-up.

Along with Daniela, Kinga Puhová from Dunajská Streda was crowned Miss Universe Slovakia 2023 as she became the official representative of Slovakia at Miss Universe 2023 which is scheduled to be held in El Salvador later this year.

The finale was hosted by TV personality and former professional ice hockey defenceman Boris Valábik and the show was aired live on TV JOJ. Miss Slovensko 2021 Sophia Hrivnáková crowned her successor at the end of the event finale and is currently preparing to represent her country at Miss World 2023 in India.
