Kinga Puhová was crowned Miss Universe Slovakia 2023 at the finale of Miss Slovensko 2023 held on Saturday, 24th June 2023 in Bratislava. Kinga will now prepare to represent Slovakia at the 72nd Miss Universe scheduled to be held in El Salvador later this year.

Kinga Puhová is 22 years of age and a model and student from Dunajská Streda. She is in her third year pursuing a degree in fashion product management at Mod'Spe Paris Central Europe and in the future, she plans to continue her studies in Paris.

In her future, Kinga also wants to be actively involved in sustainability education. "My generation and humanity, in general, is currently very materialistic and commercially oriented. I want to spread ideas, teach people and talk about sustainable fashion. I want to build my own brand with this philosophy," she quoted.

Kinga Puhová succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Slovakia 2022 Karolina Michálciková who won under the Miss Slovakia organization. Slovakia is yet to win Miss Universe since its debut at Miss Universe in 1994.

Miss Universe 2023, the 72nd Miss Universe, will be held later in the year in El Salvador. Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel of USA will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
