Miss South Africa 2020, the 62nd edition of Miss South Africa, will host its annual edition virtually in the month of August where the next delegate to represent South Africa at international pageants will be crowned. South Africa’s performance at the international beauty pageants has been incredible as the divas have always proven their worth in the competition and with their remarkable performances, they have taken home multiple titles, especially in the recent years.
Rebuilt under ‘Face your power, embrace your future’, stunning beauties will compete for the crown and the opportunities to represent South Africa in Miss Universe 2020, Miss Supranational 2020 and Miss World 2020.
While the official delegates are yet to be announced, there are a few beauties who have shown immense potential to be a part of this year’s national pageant. Thuwaibah Musisi has made it to our wish list along with being the official entrant to be a part of Miss South Africa 2020 with her stunning beauty and grace. She recently sent and uploaded her entry video for the pageant on her social media.
Thuwaibah is 26-years-old and is a practicing junior doctor and serving the ones in need during the pandemic. She has always been passionate about representing her country at international pageant and believes that she can be a great candidate for such an opportunity. She stated in her introductory video that she has been able to take this decision of participating at Miss South Africa 2020 after she felt the need to draw the attention towards the health care facilities in the country.
Being a doctor Thuwaibah feels that she can use the platform of Miss South Africa 2020 to create awareness about the health care facilities for people in the country especially children and the women. She strongly believes that with this platform she can change the health care facilities in the country and especially for the underprivileged people and orphans who grow up without proper health care and sanitation facility.
Thuwaibah also mentions that with her participation, she wants to inspire people to not fear the failure in their lives. She explains that until and unless you fail once, you cannot work hard for your dreams and goals. She encouraged everyone to come as a whole and help her enter the pageant and win it so that she can start with her health care advocacy. She seemed strong, confident, and very focused about why she wants to participate and win the beauty pageant.
People like Thuwaibah who just wants to do good for the society have always been appreciated and Thuwaibah also expressed her gratitude and happiness on receiving such motivation and supportive messages for being brave and confident. She has been very thankful for the opportunities have come along her way and helped her to show her confidence and self-assurance. She is excited and feels blessed that she is a part of such prestigious stage and if she gets selected, she will give her hundred percent to make her time worth.
She is working on her on-stage walk, body postures and angles and most importantly on her interview skills which is very essential part of any beauty pageants. She wants to be ready before she appears on-stage to impress the judges and the audience. She is confident, beautiful, and very determined to get selected to compete at Miss South Africa 2020 and be able to win a chance to represent South Africa at international beauty pageants.
