Miss South Africa 2022, 64th edition of Miss South Africa, will be held in August 2022. Lalela Mswane of KwaZulu-Natal will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. The winner will represent South Africa at either Miss Universe 2022, Miss World 2022 or Miss Supranational 2023.

The organization announced Top 30 delegates who have begun their journey at the national contest. In a series of features, lets know more about these delegates. Naledi Matabane, from Tembisa in Gauteng, has made it to Top 30.

Naledi Matabane is 26 years of age and has a post-graduate Diploma in Accounting Science. She is currently a trainee auditor at a large audit firm. Naledi considers herself as a compassionate, resilient, and graceful woman.

On making it to Top 30 at Miss South Africa 2022, Naledi took to her official social media as she wrote, “We made it to the Top 30! Thank You all for the support that you’ve shown me…thank you for the likes, comments, reposts and beautiful DM’s. I honestly did not expect to receive so much love & I am beyond grateful.”

Naledi, in her free-time, like to experiment with make-up as she considers herself a make-up enthusiast. At home, Naledi speaks in Setswana. She would like to meet Minister of Finance, Enoch Godongwana to have a conversation around providing financial literacy to SMMEs, especially in disadvantaged communities. She is surely a strong contestant who understands the importance of bringing a change in the society.
