The 2015 edition of Miss Suomi (Miss Finland), the most important beauty pageant in Finland, has officially commenced today with the unveiling of the ten beautiful finalists who will be competing at the finals of Miss Suomi 2015 pageant on April 12' 2015. The finalists will now compete for the three titles at the finals - Miss Universe Finland 2015 (Winner), Miss World Finland 2015 (First runner-up) & Miss International Finland 2015 (Second runner-up).

The reigning queens Bea Toivonen (Miss Universe Finland 2014), Krista Haapalainen (Miss World Finland 2014) and Milla Romppanen (Miss International Finland 2014) will crown their respective successors at the conclusion of the finals of Miss Suomi 2015.
Finland has so far won two Miss Universe, one Miss World and one Miss International title. Infact, Finland won the inaugural edition of Miss Universe international pageant in 1952, when Armi Kuusela was crowned Miss Universe 1952 on June 28' 1952. The last major international title win for Finland was in the year 1975, and it has been 40 years since then that Finland is waiting for its next big win.
Will the ten beauties competing this year have the potential to get for their homeland another international title after a gap of 40 years?
