Miss Finland 2018 (Miss Suomi 2018) is scheduled to be held on 29 September 2018 at The Magnificent Billnäs Village. The event will be streamed live on Viafree and will see the crowning of the new Miss Finland 2018. At the conclusion of the gala, Miss Finland 2017 Michaela Söderholm will crown her successor.

The competition has reached the stage where the preliminary outings, before any formal competitions start happening. The organization has revealed the contestants who will be participating in Miss Finland 2018 competition to win the crown and the right to represent Finland at an international level.

Miss Finland is above all the mission of the whole nation. The Miss Finland competition is far more than a beauty contest. The Miss Finland competition is a reputable competition as a whole, where the winner will be able to represent Finland in front of hundreds of millions of spectators to the world. Representative means how a young woman or man carries a person, looks to other people and works with them. It is in the heat of the eye and the silhouette in the eye, self-confidence, balance and mental strength - much, much more than just plain beauty.

In the Miss Finland competition, competitors are trained and trained for future assignments. Semifinalists are selected 3-6 months before the semi-finals. Semifinalists are trained by leading professionals in the field of the missive school, both in talking, acting and walking. In the semifinals, 10 finalists will be selected for the great Miss Finland tour that culminates in the Miss Finland finals in the Miss Finland finals.
