The finale of Miss Suomi 2022 (Miss Finland 2022) was held on 17th September 2022 at Valkoinen Sali in Helsinki where Petra Hämäläinen was crowned the new queen. The show aired on AlfaTV. She is expected to compete at Miss Universe 2022.

Petra is 26 years of age and hails from Savonlinna. A model by profession, Petra is also a student at the University of Eastern Finland pursuing a degree in education. Petra succeeds and was crowned by Miss Suomi 2021 Essi Unkuri.

Also at the finale, Nana Partanen, who was also a crowd-favourite, was adjudged as the first runner-up. She is 23 years of age and hails from Helsinki. Adelaide Botty van den Bruele was adjudged as the second runner-up. She is 26 years of age and hails from Sonkajarvi. Emilia Vuopala, age 24, baffed the media favourite award.
