Aavriti Choudhary was crowned LIVA Miss Diva Supranational 2020 at the star-studded coronation ceremony of LIVA Miss Diva 2020 held on 22nd February 2020 in the Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. Aavriti was crowned by Miss Supranational India 2019 Shefali Sood and Miss Supranational 2019 Anntonia Porsild at the end of the event finale. Aavriti will represent India at Miss Supranational 2020 pageant, which will be held later this year.
Aavriti is 21-years-old and stands 170 cm tall. She graduated with a degree in business administration from Prestige Institute of Management and Research in Indore. She describes herself as an energetic and positive person. This curly-haired beauty believes in the power of hustle as the caption for this photo reads, "Good things come to those who hustle."
The diva who hails from the city of Jabalpur states that her win has been taken as an inspiration especially in her city because no girl has ever been able to finish at such top positions during their stint in beauty pageant. "Also, this victory of mine has helped me set an example that even if you are from a small town or city, you can achieve your dreams, whatever they may be,"
Aavriti also mentioned that she has always been passionate about beauty pageants and wished to represent India at international platform and when she won the crown, she couldn’t believe that her hard work and determination is paying her off. She faced a lot of challenges while growing up and dreaming big in a small town. "I was nerd back in school and college. It was when I participated in my college fashion show that I realised how much I enjoyed being on the ramp. That's when I explored more and developed interest in beauty pageant”, she concluded.
While Aavriti is prepping up for her final event later in this year, the pandemic that has taken over everyone and the diva has taken on herself as a responsible beauty queen and shared some essential things to be kept in mind and how she is spending her time at home. She uses her social media account to reach to her fans and followers and urges them to stay indoors and safe during such tough times.
Aavriti stated that she is using this time to work on herself as she wants to be ready by Miss Supranational 2020 comes around. Her day starts with a session of dripping sweat from workout and later spending time reading, with her loved ones or chatting with friends. The diva stated that being on-stage has helped her with her confidence and beauty pageants are a great platform to showcase to one’s personality. She further added, “It also gives me to be vocal about issues I'm passionate about and bring about a positive change in people's lives.”
Apart from enjoying her time with her loved times, Aavriti aims to win the title of Miss Supranational 2020 for India and she has been prepping herself for the main event. She shared that she is “working on specific areas that are required for the pageants and in the evening, I spend some time with Adline, talk to my parents and read or watch an episode of FRIENDS before sleeping.”
The curly haired queen has Miss Universe 1994 Sushmita Sen as her role model and she explains that Sushmita’s faith and belief in herself is something that she admires. “She showed that to achieve your goals all you need to do is believe in yourself and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.” Aavriti stated. Further she mentioned that according to her, humility is something that is very essential that Miss Supranational should possess. She believes that humility is a quality that makes a queen real and relatable and that’s what she is aiming for.
Aavriti shows immense confidence and dedication towards winning the title of Miss Supranational 2020 and we hope that she wins. After winning the crown, Aavirti thanked everyone who has helped her and supported her throughout her journey and wishes to make India proud.
