Pragnya Ayyagari was crowned Miss Diva Supranational 2023 on 28th August 2022 by Miss Diva Organization as she became the official representative of India at Miss Supranational 2023. Ritika Khatnani crowned her as the successor at the end of the event finale.

Pragnya is 20 years of age and a fashion design student. A trained Bharatanatyam dancer, Pragnya loves to practice her dance and enjoys spending time in the nature in her free time. She wishes to start a sustainable fashion brand as she feels for the cause and wants to create awareness for conserving the environment.

Pragnya completed her education at St. Andrews School in Bowenpally, Hyderabad, and then enrolled for a fashion design course at INIFD in Himayatnagar. While she was still at college, she started modelling and entering pageantry. She ended up winning the Miss India Telangana title in 2022.

Her goal is to launch a sustainable fashion line that will influence people to live more sustainably to protect the environment. The beauty calls herself a dreamer and an optimist, who never gives up on hope and feels true confidence comes when you're true to yourself.

Recently, Ayyagari met with ambassador Yohei Sasakawa, the World Health Organization Goodwill Ambassador for Leprosy Elimination and Miss Brazil World 2022 Leticia Frota for the opening ceremony of the second Global Leprosy Forum in Hyderabad, India, and experienced the vastness and seriousness of the disease and joined forces to eradicate the same.

With her strong advocacy, her stunning beauty and a charming personality, Pragnya Ayyagari will definitely be a strong contender for Miss Supranational crown. India currently holds first place in Miss Supranational with 2 crowns under its belt.
