The finale night of Miss Supranational Namibia 2022 was held on 26th March 2022 in Windhoek, Namibia where Julita Kitwe Mbangula was crowned the new queen in the presence of Miss Supranational 2021 Chanique Rabe who hails from the country as well.

The finale was a flawless night with various performances by local artists and an international artist. Julita Kitwe Mbangula gave a stellar performance at the competition and looked really surprised on being adjudged the winner.  On being crowned, she said, “I think when you put in the work and sacrifice everything for your dream, you expect a result. I wasn't really expecting to win, but I knew if I surrendered myself to the process; if I gave it everything within me, then I would get to a place where I'm proud of myself. But this is a shocker and my biggest achievement ever.”

Julita vowed to bring change with her newfound position. “When you set goals for yourself, you make a commitment to yourself that you are going to try your level best. No excuses to reach those goals. So, I'm not saying I'm going to reach all of them but I'm going to make a promise to myself that I'll do my best, no excuses,” she said.

Also at the finale, Anemire Uris and Varaa Kuani Hambira were adjudged first and second runners-up respectively. Julita will now represent Namibia at Miss Supranational 2022 and if she wins, it will be a consecutive win for Namibia at Miss Supranational.

Congratulations to the newly crowned queen.
