Miss Tanzania 2020 is all set to host its annual edition as the organization has revealed fifty semi-finalists who will be competing for the national crown and the opportunity to represent Tanzania in Miss World 2020.

The organization took to their social media to reveal the contestants as they wrote, "And finally here goes the list of the 50 Semifinalists after a difficult decision which had to be made. All the girls were gorgeous but as part of commpetion some had to be short listed and more beautiful girls will be short listed to get to the Top 20. For This years Miss Tanzania. We are proud of all the ladies who took their time and effort to show case their willingness to make positive change to the society and encourage each and every one even those who's name did not make it to the top 50 this time around to nurture and pursue their beauty with a purpose project as that is the essence of Miss Tanzania competition."

Last year, Sylvia Sebastian Miss Tanzania 2019 represented her country in Miss World 2019 but unfortunately failed to place in the Top 40. She made it to Top 27 at the Talent Competition. The country is yet to pioneer its win in Miss World competition.
