Miss Teen USA 2018 held its grand finale on 18th May 2018 at Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana. 51 contestants representing the 50 states of USA and the District of Columbia competed for the national title.
Miss Teen USA 2017 Sophia Dominguez-Heithoff of Missouri crowned her successor Hailey Colborn of Kansas as the new Miss Teen USA 2018 at the end of the event finale.
The 17-year-old from Wichita represented Kansas at the national competition. She stands 163 cm tall. Ever since her regional crowning, Hailey performed exceedingly well at the preliminaries and outdid herself at the national finale.
At the national finale, Miss Alabama Teen USA 2018 Kennedy Cromeens was also awarded with Miss Congeniality title. Here are the runners-up of Miss Teen USA 2018 –

Third Runner-Up – Miss Illinois Teen USA 2018 Sydni-Dion Bennett
Fourth Runner-Up – Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2018 Kaaviya Sambasivam
